Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes, typographical errors, and sold-out items. Payment can be made with the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. Additionally, payments can be made via MobilePay or ViaBill.

The amount will only be deducted from your account once the goods have been dispatched. A higher amount than the one you approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

When paying by card, you are protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment upon receiving your payment summary and bear no liability in case of misuse when the online store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in the payment system. Information regarding online payments is encrypted, and neither we nor others have access to this data.

When paying with ViaBill, you receive your goods first and then pay in interest- and fee-free installments. For purchases over DKK 2,000, financing is arranged in collaboration with SparXpress. See more at www.ViaBill.com/kredit.

Delivery

We dispatch your order as soon as we have processed it and received payment. Delivery is made by Danske Fragtmænd to your address at the front door. The typical delivery time for stock items is 2-4 business days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays by the shipping company.

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 500. For purchases under DKK 500, a shipping fee of DKK 100 is added. Delivery to Sweden costs DKK 150 for orders under DKK 1,000.

You should inspect your goods upon receipt. If there are any defects or missing items, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at web@npgbrands.dk.

Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision. You are responsible for the return costs and bear the risk for the item until we have received it.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. If the item has been used or damaged, a depreciation amount may be deducted from the refund.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to customer specifications or with personal customization.

  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

Refund of Purchase Amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery). We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided documentation for the return shipment.

Warranty

When you shop with us, you have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction if the complaint is justified. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use of the product.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – within two months is always considered timely.

For justified complaints, we will refund your shipping costs. Remember to send the item properly packaged and obtain a receipt for the shipment.

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you can contact us at web@npgbrands.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
